Phillip Allen (b. 1967 in London, United Kingdom) received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1990 from Kingston University and his Master of Fine Arts in 1992 from the Royal College of Art.

He is the recipient of the Abbey Scholar, British School at Rome, Rome, Italy.
